FAQs

  • No refunds are given after a service. All deposits are non-refundable.

    Deposits can be redeemed within 3 weeks of the original appointment date.

  • The remaining balance must be paid with a Debit/Credit card, Cash, Cash app to: $NnenalaMode, or Zelle: Info@NnenalaMode.com

    A small service fee will be charged to your balance, if balance is payed with a Debit/Credit card.

  • Yes, ALL new clients MUST fill out and submit a client intake form & Covid-19 wavier form before scheduled appointments. If you are a returning client, but haven’t been serviced within 3 months, you will have to fill out a new client intake form.

  • Additional guest(s) are not allowed (this can result in an immediate cancellation of your appointment).

  • Arriving 10 minutes late incurs a $20 late fee. After 12 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 50% of the total balance due.

  • Cancellation & No-Show Policy


    • Cancellations After 24 Hours: If you cancel more than 24 hours after booking, you will not get a refund or a credit for a future appointment. You will be charged 50% of the service cost.
    • No-Call / No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not inform us, you will be charged the full service cost. This policy aims to cover lost earnings from missed appointments, not to punish clients. We’re aware that emergencies happen and appreciate your cooperation.

  • Please discontinue facial routines 1 week before your appointment when it comes to the following: exfoliation, peels, depilatory creams, bleaching/coloring. Please DO NOT SHAVE/WAX the face or body (men & women).

    The ideal length of hair is one inch (the length of a rice grain) for waxing services.

  • Yes, you can request an appointment earlier or later than our regular operations hours.

  • Rescheduling Policy

        •    Within 48 Hours of Booking:

    If you need to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of booking, your deposit will be transferable for up to 2 weeks.

        •    After 48 Hours of Booking:

    If you reschedule more than 48 hours after booking, a $35 rescheduling fee will apply.

    We appreciate your cooperation and compassion as we aim to accommodate all clients efficiently.
