FAQs

  • No refunds will be granted after receiving a service.

    ALL deposits are non-refundable. In order to redeem a deposit due to cancellation, the scheduled appointment must be canceled 48 hrs beforehand.

    Deposits are redeemable up to 3 weeks from the original appointment date.

  • The remaining balance must be paid with a Debit/Credit card, Cash, Cash app to: $NnenalaMode, or Zelle: Info@NnenalaMode.com

    A small service fee will be charged to your balance, if balance is payed with a Debit/Credit card.

  • Yes, ALL new clients MUST fill out and submit a client intake form & Covid-19 wavier form before scheduled appointments. If you are a returning client, but haven’t been serviced within 3 months, you will have to fill out a new client intake form.

  • Additional guest(s) are not allowed (this can result in an immediate cancellation of your appointment).

  • If you are running late or need to reschedule, please contact me ASAP.

  • If you arrive 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment, there is a LATE FEE OF $20. AFTER 12 MINUTES YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED. YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% of the balance due.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours will not be refunded or transferred to a future appointment date. Your card on file will be charged half the amount of the service you booked for. This is to cover the loss of earnings and not used to punish the client. We do understand the unforeseen issues our clients may experience.

  • Please discontinue facial routines 1 week before your appointment when it comes to the following: exfoliation, peels, depilatory creams, bleaching/coloring. Please DO NOT SHAVE/WAX the face or body (men & women).

    The ideal length of hair is one inch (the length of a rice grain) for waxing services.

  • Yes. You can always contacts Nnena laMode directly at info@NnenalaMode.com to request earlier or later time slots outside of operating business hours.

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment within 72 hrs of booking an appointment, your deposit will be transferable for 2 weeks.

    If you have to reschedule 72 hours after you’ve booked, there will be a $25 fee
